Become a Story Detective
Start to notice the stories you're generating throughout the day. Any place where you impose meaning onto what's happening is where you'll find your story.
Notice:

How about creating a different story to get that result?
You’ll learn how to do all that in Round Two, but for now, your first Game Challenge is to:
Be a Story Detective
Imagine becoming able to quickly distinguish
between the actual facts of a situation
and the meaning you are imposing on them
with the stories you are creating.
Imagine being able to change your story
to create a different experience and get a different result.
Noticing your stories is
no lightweight challenge.
If you dive in and really go after it, you’ll develop an expanded awareness that will serve you for life.
